Delivery
Freightcost will apply to all shipments, minimum freightcost is SEK100 excl. VAT if applicable. Minimum ordervalue is SEK150.
Paymentterms
For golffacilities invoice with paymentterms 15 days net or prepayment. For private person is it prepayment via Swish 1233740727 after received invoice.
Deliverytime
Normally your order will be shipped the same day if in stock.
Complaints
Complaints must be done within 7 days after the date the order has been sent, for the receiver will be able to claim reimbursement.
Returns
Buisnesscustomers: Returns can be done within 7 days after receiving your order. Returnfreight must be payed by the customer. Custom products will not have any returnrights. Retailcustomer have the right to 14 days return according to the law. Returned products must be in originalpackiging and unused. Returnfreight must be payed by the customer.
Ownership rights
Ownerships right to delivered goods from Hägges Golf AB will be given to the buyer when we have received payment in full.
